Indiana Shell Hand Blown Art Glass Vase (AV13100)
Bold and warm, our Indiana Shell Vase will be sure to add a lively splash of color and texture to any room in your home. The generously sized clamshell shaped vessel begins with a center of clear Favrile art glass into which we’ve infused a golden amber glow. A wide border of bright red extends to the gently ruffled edge, which is outlined in black. A multitude of drops and swirls in blue, green, yellow, red, gold and white throughout the surface creates the illusion of an explosion of multicolored confetti. Because the Favrile process embeds the color within the glass itself, the inside surface mirrors the outside. This process also means that no 2 pieces are alike, ensuring that yours is a one of a kind, spectacular work of art you will proudly display for years to come.
